Turning Over a New (Australian) Leaf with Business on the Move!

Business on the Move is inspiring creative writing on the other side of the world!

Prior to playing Business on the Move as part of the Entamico training conference, CEO Joanne Brooks organised a familiarisation opportunity with the game among some of her team in Brisbane, Australia.

About six team members, plus Joanne, arranged a take-away Italian meal and stayed back one evening to play Business on the Move. Everyone had a great time and the game brought out the competitive side of many people and their ability to develop their business strategies. Apparently the game was played until late in the evening as everyone wanted to keep playing!

The 6-7 team members who played the game were then able to help our Australian director Dr Lindsay Ryan facilitate playing the game with 63 people at the Entamico training conference in late August.

Joanne also challenged her team to write down five pointers on how to play the game. Not only did the team members write down some excellent pointers they actually assembled an eight page booklet with background information on Business on the Move as well.

We’re so impressed, back here in the UK, that we are now considering making a version of the booklet available through our Learning Zone. Watch this space!
