Nobody can accuse Graphene Partners of doing things by halves.
Not only was their Training Event on September 17, excluding all our sponsors, the very first corporate booking for Business on the Move, three of their managers flew in from Warsaw into Luton just for the occasion, catching the return flight that same evening!
Thankfully for all concerned, judging from the splendid feedback, the day was well worth it. All the ratings were a “solid 4” (where ‘4’ is high).
More specifically, Adam Chazanow, a Managing Partner of Graphene Partners, considers “ the game lends itself very well to both school and business applications due to its different levels of complexity. We will be aiming to roll out BotM to both school groups (as part of our and our clients’ CSR activity) and to corporate clients, at all levels of their organisations.”
The focus in the morning of the training session was to provide first-hand experience of playing the game at increasingly higher levels of challenge. The afternoon took a step back and explored possibilities with varying client groups and potential strategies for effective engagement with local communities.
Adam continues: “It was an enjoyable and highly informative day. Andy and Pat have clearly invested significant time and energy into crafting the game and associated learning materials, and they bring plenty of passion to the table – it is impossible not to be infected!”
